Marina Galán
When and How To Say NO
I am a mother, coach and consultant working with individuals, groups and organizations all over the world.
My life before the Principles had been rather ordinary: lots of suffering, lots of lostness, lots of searching, and a knowing that someone somewhere knew not only how to make sense of it all, but how to turn it around, somehow.
I lived with a deep, unspoken desire to find that someone.
When I found this understanding, something absolutely unexpected happened: everything that was unnecessary in my mind and in my life fell away and I was left contemplating a simple yet profound truth about humanness.

You Are Sitting on A Million Bucks & You Don't Even Know It
My personal bio is highlighted by my introduction to the Principles that are behind the Secret of Everything in 2014 and the effect seeing them had on my life over the following years. At the time I was living with what I describe as a heavy layer of sadness in my life, but you probably wouldn’t have guessed it if you knew me then. On the outside, things looked great and in essence they were. I had a wonderful husband and marriage, 4 beautiful young children, and was building a coaching practice. But, on the inside I felt majorly stuck, irritated, and frustrated. More about Davida …

Teen & Student Stress
“… the only thing Terri made clear, in the beginning, changed everything:
you already have the insight and wisdom within. It didn’t require me to have to learn a ‘new model’ or read another book, it wasn’t a readout from another quantified questionnaire. You have a history of accomplishment and all the ingredients for further success you’re equipped with. I honestly think the most profound idea I was able to glean from her was that my nature, within, is enough. … ”

Forget Forgiveness
I thought life had a recipe, and if you followed it you would be happy. Well, life doesn’t follow the recipe I thought it did, and I believed that meant I was destined never to be quite happy or quite fulfilled. I thought I was going to have a lesser life.
Discovering the 3 Principles understanding flipped that on its head, and helped me realise that not only is that not true for me, it’s not true for anybody.

The Simple and Complete Solution to Eating Disorders Low Self Esteem and Not Feeling Good Enough
A passing comment from my father when I was 12, warning me about getting fat from having sweets, was the trigger for an almost 30-year battle with eating disorders and obsessive, controlling thoughts around food, my body and everything else. It was a battle that enslaved me to the point of dangerous ill health but it was also the beginning of a long journey to personal empowerment, self-love and self-acceptance, though little did I realise at the time.
It wasn’t until I came across the understanding that underpins the work I now do with my clients, that things truly began to shift for me. I began to see this fixation on food and body image and anxiety in a whole new light. That it wasn’t about needing to work hard on this problem and staying strong, in fact it wasn’t an issue I had to resolve at all. More about Rochelle

Stress-Less Love More
For a very long time I lacked self-love and made the mistake of believing love came from outside of me. During 2015, I took part in a 90-day course which shared this simple understanding and pointed me back to the inside-out nature of life. I had a number of insights during those 90 days. The biggest one being how I looked for love and self-worth from other people – people pleasing – and suddenly, like the clouds parting to reveal the sunshine, I realised that I am love. I now have a deep abiding love for who I am and, as a natural by-product, have the most amazing people and relationships in my life. More about Beccy
