EVENTS / Membership / Newsletters
When you sign up to our website community, events or newsletters we will collect your name and an email address.
Both will be stored securely on our website and for communications your details are stored on ConvertKit (see below).When you sign up to our events or membership your details will be stored on Airtable (see below).

If you simply browse The Secret of Everything website, no personal data is directly collected by us.

Contact Forms
When you submit information through the contact form it is sent directly to us. This email is only accessed by us. No data is stored on this website or in any intermediary database or software platform.After responding to the email and resolving the enquiry, the email will be deleted. You are not added to any list or marketing campaign and your data is not retained unless this is explicitly requested by yourself in writing or on a specific sign up form.

Our website uses encryption so that cookies and information entered on forms is secure. This is through an SSL certificate. You can see that our site is secure through your web browser, which will have a padlock or a green ‘SECURE’ message, and will show HTTPS at the beginning of our website address.
- Admin account holders for our website must use strong passwords so that their accounts are secure.
- Our ConvertKit account uses a strong password to keep it secure.
- Your data is never stored by or shared with anyone except where detailed in ‘Who Can See This Information’ above.
