After a painful childhood and struggle with life, I took an overdose at the age of 45. Coming round after 4 days, angry and depressed at still being alive, I went on to find the relief and release from the understanding of where my experience was coming from via the 3 principles. I now run a group and work with people as well as running an alternative health business.
