I have helped people live their true full life for over 16 years and have specialised working with children and parents since 2016.

Parenting and living from true love, kindness and connection we find our children grow up with roots strong enough to weather all storms.

Knowing nobody is broken, knowing we never need to be fixed opens up a world of options that previously had been hidden behind our habitual thinking. By learning to listen for and to our own innate wisdom we can navigate through our lives in a more light hearted way.
